If you would like to waive the insurance or have enrolled in the insurance and this is your FIRST TIME VISITING THIS SITE, you will need to CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT below. Each student is required to create a unique username and password.

Enter your school issued Student ID in the Student ID field when authenticating "My Account" or creating a new account.
Please note: Students with ID numbers larger than 9 digits should enter the last 9 digits of the ID number when creating an account (i.e. if your ID number is 98700123456789, enter 123456789 as your ID number). Students with an ID number less than 9 digits long should add zeros to the front of the ID number in order to make the ID number 9 digits total (i.e. if your ID number is 456123, add ‘000’ to front and enter 000456123).
